Particle Tester is designed for sizing and counting the unsoluable particles in injectable solutions as well as fluids used for cleaning medical devices and precision parts. This tester adopts the principal of light blockage to detect the particles in the range of 2 to 50 micron with 7 channels. A magnetic stirrer assembly and a sampler are used to ensure that the particles in the sample are uniformly suspended and drawn into the sensor. This microprocessor-based tester automates the testing process, and is easy to use.
