Tablet Hardness Tester is the fast, easy way to test the hardness and diameter of tablets, tablet cores, sweets, and capsule-shaped samples. It features a built-in microprocessor and electronic load cell, providing both accurate results and versatile control.
The tester operates in both manual and automatic modes. Samples may be analyzed individually by manually placing each on the sample cell. In the automatic mode, up to 100 samples can be analyzed by defining the number of samples and the time interval. A removable tray is included under the measurement compartment to retrieve sample fragments. A LCD display is utilized for easily predetermining test parameters and displaying measurement results. The tester has a standard port for connecting an external printer to print out the measurement results.
