Disintegration tester is specifically designed for testing the disintegration time threshold of tablets, suppositories, capsules and other solid dosage medications. This innovative and unique instrument utilizes a microprocessor to control and monitor the testing process, with easy settings and operating programming.
Three baskets in single in-line layout move simultaneously and allow to easily view the disintegration process and results. Each basket is capable of six samples. The test-run time and the water bath temperature can be predetermined. A temperature sensor immersed in the water bath monitors and controls the water bath temperature through a heater-circulator. One minute before the end of the predetermined test-run time, a sounds alarm will remind of operator that the test-run is about to end.
